For all the marketing campaigns, artwork or content must be provided by the clients
SMS campaigns must be submitted between 7AM & 9PM Only. TRA rules applied
Sender ID registration for SMS campaigns is done within 5 business day and subject to operators approval. TRA rules applied
We do not provide a 100% delivery to inbox on email marketing as it could be restricted by many third party applications or software or servers for various reasons
Social media marketing ads are subject to approval from concerned social media platforms and providers, as ads can be restricted or disapproved for various reasons from the providers
Social media marketing ad budgets may vary from time to time as per the terms & policies of the concerned providers
Adwords, keywords, lead generation, pay per click, sms , email, domain, servers etc prices may vary from time to time depending on the service providers products and services and their terms and policies and client need to bear the difference in the budgets when applicable
Business Mind FZE is not responsible if any individual / company / firm / organization / or any complains on about spamming. It bears no responsibility if any complaint is raised by a recipient from any of the marketing channels
Spamming is strictly prohibited
Business Mind FZE don’t have control on ads run on 3rd party platform like social media platforms or any search engines or so. Business Mind FZE don’t guarantee on any Ad performance or results
If found involved in SPAM messages, Your account will be suspending without notice and payment is not refundable under any circumstances
Content or messages containing religious or abuse words or lottery messages should not be sent
Business Mind FZE do not guarantee on the 100% accuracy on its products, services or database, that it might meet the requirements of the clients or customers
Business Mind FZE does not give guarantee on any sales through its marketing channels or campaigns. We are purely a mode of advertising & promotional channel to one’s products and services to the end users
Payment is NOT REFUNDABLE in any circumstances
if the client issued cheque Is bounced, the client will pay AED 1000 cheque bounce charges
if the client issues cheque is bounced, Business Mind FZE has the right to proceed with a legal case as per law
Services will commence on subject to payment realization
Once the payment has been received by Business Mind FZE, for any reason, if the client terminates the service offered by Business Mind FZE , the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances
Once Business Mind FZE starts implementing the services to the clients this terms & conditions will automatically be considered whether the client has physically signed this agreement or not
Service should not be misuse

“ Your user content” in these terms and conditions, means material (including files uploaded without limitation to be verified, emails tracked and verified through the service, emails acquired from rest API integration) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose. Your user content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We cannot give 100% inbox delivery guarantee
Your emails / delivery can be restricted by few of the Antivirus / advance firewall settings on the receiver servers
For a proper email delivery, make sure your emails size should not exceed 80 to 90 kb

Your subscribers must give you permission to send them emails

If you wish to send campaigns to a third party email list, we recommend using another email service provider. Such campaigns may be cancelled or moderated at Businness Mind FZE sole discretion. Your account will be terminated / suspended without any notice. We have zero (0) tolerance for SPAM
